The mission of company “PhosAgro” is to create new values in the sphere of production of mineral fertilizers and agriculture due to introduction of the up-to-the-minute technologies and increase of efficiency of labor.

“PhosAgro” is a state-oriented company. Availability of the source of raw materials, i.e. OAO “Apatit” the products of which serve as the basis for production of phosphorous-containing fertilizers in Russia, imposes obligations on the company to consolidate the stability of exploitation of the source of raw materials, to carry on its reproduction and to plan its development for many long years ahead.

The basis of the policy of company “PhosAgro” is the balance between the interest of business and State, while the following aspects have always been and remain now as the mandatory conditions of development of the company:

- ensuring of the food security of Russia;
- development of the domestic market and hence the agriculture of the country;
- ensuring of social security of the enterprise employees and social assistance to regions where the company’s enterprises are located;
