The strategy of company “PhosAgro” in the sphere of social policy is actually a complex of socially-oriented projects and structural reorganizations aimed at consolidating the economic and scientific potential of the enterprises under control, improving the social infrastructure and introducing the unified intracorporate personnel ideology.

The objectives and tasks of the company in social sphere are as follows:
• To provide for high level of the personnel professional training at the enterprises under control;
• To raise the productivity of labor at the enterprises with the use of social motivation means;
• To prevent social conflicts between the employees and administration of enterprises by way of improving the labor conditions and raising the living standards of population;
• To raise the educational level, cultural, health-improving and sports standards of employees and their families by way of constructing and servicing the social sphere objects;
• To arrange for effective and long-term cooperation of the company with the executive authority branches of all levels in the social policy sphere;
• Building-up of positive public opinion about the company.

Implementation of the company’s social development strategy

In practice the social development strategy of company “PhosAgro” is implemented by way of performing quite a number of socially significant actions. Among them are:
- International motor rally of disabled persons “Boomerang” arranged jointly with the All-Russia Society of Disabled Persons and supported by the European Parliament Commission for Affairs of Disabled Persons,
- Photo-exhibition “Kursk. Special purpose operation” sponsored by company “PhosAgro”,
- Support of the International Judo Tournament and 3rd World Championship for Universal Fighting,
- Permanent patronage assistance rendered to the crews of submarine “Vepr” and ships “Kostroma” and “Pskov” of the North fleet.

Educational and sports programs

In order to raise the skills and professional level of the company’s employees, all the controlled companies worked out programs on training and enlistment of new personnel, as well as programs on retraining of the engaged specialists. The youth and children’s educational programs are permanently being improved, and they are based on application of the “education + sport” pattern. Throughout many years company “PhosAgro” successively implements the respective social projects, namely:

- program DROZD (RCEAH) – “Russian Children are Educated and Healthy” – has been implemented jointly with the State Sports Committee and State educational center “Sambo-70”. - Educational center “Sambo-70” has been established on the basis of two general education schools in the towns of Kirovsk and Apatity of Murmansk Region;
- Young specialists’ clubs, “With us – to the 21st age” and ROST (WMIC) – “Work! Master! Improve! Create”, function at the enterprises of OAO “Ammophos” and OOO “Balakovskyie Mineralnyie Udobrenia”;
- Centers for raising the professional skill level of school teachers of Murmansk Region have been inaugurated in the towns of Kirovsk and Apatity with the support of the Internet Education Federation;
- The Center for disabled children has been inaugurated on the basis of general education school No. 3 in Apatity;
- Business and economic game “New civilization” for schoolchildren in the entire territory of Murmansk Region;
- Excellent pupils and students and post-graduates receive scholarship in towns where the company’s enterprises are located;
- Recent years a swimming pool, covered hockey stadium, Alpine skiing complex and a number of other sports objects were constructed in the towns of Kirovsk and Apatity.

Culture and leisure

The company takes care of cultural upbringing of the growing-up generation and diverse ways of spending time for its employees and their families.
Being arranged throughout many years are the following actions:

- Intraregional media educational festival of children’s movie classics “Zolushka and others” supported by producer’s center “Svetoten”;
- Amateur art activities festival “Stars of “PhosAgro” for the employees of the enterprises;
