Sixty delegates of the leading companies, plants, research institutions of Russia, near and far abroad countries, namely: “PhosAgro”, NIIUIF, “Silvinit”, “Acron”, “Sulzer”, “Nalko”, “Sandvik”, “Maschinenfabrik Mollers” and many others participated in the conference held under the aegis of the Russian Union of Chemists and International Research and Information company “Infokhim”.

The conference participants discussed urgent issues concerning the branch development, shared their workings in the sphere of production methods of agrochemical products.

When opening the conference, Maxim Volkov, the Chief Executive Officer of CJSC “PhosAgro AG” noted that it was a great honor for the company to participate in that forum.

The conference was addressed with reports made by Boris Levin, the Deputy Director General for Development of CJSC “PhosAgro AG”, Sergey Drinevsky, the Deputy Director General for Marketing of OJSC “Silvinit”, Yuri Chernenko, the Director of OJSC “Ammophos”, and Yuri Shaposhnik, the Director of LLC “BMU”, Hans Vasmus, the representative of firm “Libraverk Maschinenfabrik GmbH” (Germany), and by many others.

The conference materials will be published as a separate digest by the International Research and Information Company “Infokhim”.

On the second day of the conference, the guests met with the senior specialists of LLC “Balakovskyie Mineralnyie Udobrenia”, discussed particular issues on reconstruction and modernization of the enterprise, specific features of the equipment operating in chemically active environments. Those who wished could take part in the round-up tour in the town of Balakovo and to get acquainted with remarkable sights, historical and cultural monuments of the town. After that, the conference participants visited the production area of LLC “Balakovskyie Mineralnyie Udobrenia”, such as the sulfuric production area, thermal energy disposal shop, packaging station of the ammophos production area which is under construction now and a number of other installations. All of them highly appraised the modernization level of the plant’s production lines and marked good opportunities for further efficient cooperation.

At the completion of the forum, Konstantin Chernyshov, the Director General of the International Research and Information Company “Infokhim”, noted the high level of arrangement for the conference secured by the specialists of LLC “Balakovskyie Mineralnyie Udobrenia”.
